The future belongs to your children. Are they excited, prepared, confident, and ready to assume their role? Adventure Through Open Minds Science Club, a.k.a. A.T.O.M Science Club (in its 17th year of operation), is an excellent way your child can get prepared to meet the challenges ahead.
Some science programs give students just a taste of science, exposing them to an idea here and there. A.T.O.M. Science Club gives them the full meal, not just the appetizer. Rather than focusing on whiz-bang, wow demonstrations, A.T.O.M. Science Club provides club members with a solid foundation in the principles of science through a year-round, academically oriented program.
By joining this exciting adventure club, targeting STEM education, members will discover the incredible connections among atoms, molecules, living organisms, and our universe. We do this by studying chemistry (atoms), physics (energy and matter and how they interact), biology (life study), and astronomy (the universe). By developing this solid scientific foundation early in life, children will be able to make important decisions about caring for themselves, planet earth, and worlds beyond—and build a solid understanding of science and a love of learning that will stay with them for a lifetime.
